LIBERTY BIELLE
A NEW CHOICE FOR
OTHOPEDIC TREATMENTS
The “Liberty bielle” was designed as an alternative to the existing appliances for
mandibular propulsion.
The targets which guided the research were:
- Miniaturize the appliance to increase the comfort
- Improve amplitude of lateral movements
- Location choice of the pivot devices
- Easy maintenance
- Maximal compatibility with all techniques
To reach these goals it was decided to have a vertical and spheric hinge. Size decrease
and robustness of the appliance have been possible thanks to the use of automated
tooling machine.

ORTHONIA ELECTRIC TORQUE DRIVER
The ORTHONIA is an electronic, rechargeable
battery powered torque driver used either to
install or remove Dual-Top medical screws. It is
used together with a screwdriver shaft which
can be inserted in the shaft holder.

NEW BIOSTAR
The new BIOSTAR, utilizes the same proven principles as previous generations of positive

heated. The surface temperature of this side of the material is up to 60° C higher, and thanks to

The PG – retraction spring
The PG retractor, developed by Prof. Poul Gjessing/University of Aarhus/Denmark is a perfect tool for efficient cuspid retractions.
When using
classical retraction methods or devices such as single loops on arch or with the help of elastomeric chains tracting the cuspid along a continuous arch, parasite movements are common (anchorage loss, root/crown uncontrolled movements). With classic retraction methods, generally the crown moves distally first, then the root uprights, and so on.....generating reduced control during retraction phase.
The PG retractor, and the double loop positioned higher on gingiva (in order to come closer to rotation center of the tooth)allows an homothetic retraction of the vertical axis crown/root through a translation
movement, improving the parasite movements control during his phase of treatment.
In addition the superimposed double loop pre-manufactured in the PG retractor allows as well, during activation phase, to determine exactly theretraction distance desired and to re-activate if necessary once advancing in the treatment.
